Controls the opening and closing of the right rapier: During weft insertion, it drives the right rapier (gripper) to open and close at the preset timing, ensuring reliable gripping, transfer, and release of the weft yarn.
Works with the left opener to complete weft yarn transfer: It operates in coordination with the left gripper opener to ensure smooth and stable handover of the weft yarn between the two rapiers, preventing slippage, yarn breakage, or failed transfer.
Maintains weft insertion accuracy and stability: Matches the loom’s control timing to ensure consistent weft insertion movements, reducing weft defects and improving fabric quality.
